Lindsey & Cody Heggie

The beauty service industry has always been a part of my life. Since I was a little girl I have watched my mother work as a hairstylist, while my grandmother and aunt still run a barbershop to this day. Mom had a salon in our home and I seemed to always end up in that room with her and her client at some point in the day. As I admired her work, I realized her job was about so much more than hair. I watched how each client felt so comfortable around her, how they looked so forward to that time with her. They walked the journey of life together and each client left with both their hair and spirits lifted. Once I realized God had blessed me with some of those same talents as the other women in my family, I knew this was the path I would also choose.

My husband Cody and I were both born and raised here in Clarksville and are excited for the opportunity to pour back into this community as we create the MADE space out of our combined passions - his for building and mine for design. Our eleven years of marriage and three sweet little girls are a big part of why we are pouring our hearts into this, to someday pass this on to them. As I look back to the very beginning of my career I am so thankful for the mentors that not only taught me cutting and coloring skills, but more importantly how to show grace and compassion to each person who sits in my chair. My prayer is that when you leave the salon, you will remember that you are:
